Returning Customers
Once the appointment request has been submitted with the Online Scheduling tool, you will receive an email acknowledging that your request has been received. Once the request has been reviewed and accepted, it will be added to Dave's appointment calendar. You will receive an email approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment asking for a final confirmation of the appointment time. It is imperative that you click the link in the email to confirm your appointment or contact Dave as soon as possible to reschedule, otherwise your appointment will be automatically canceled.
New Customers

First-time customers may be required to pay an appointment deposit of $25. The decision to charge this deposit is at the discretion of the company. The invoice is to be paid upon receipt. Payment can be made with credit/debit card by using the Pay Now button on the invoice (processed by Stripe), with PayPal (link provided on the invoice), or by Venmo (username to search in Venmo app listed on invoice). This deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the appointment without rescheduling. The deposit will be applied to the final bill as a credit at the time services are rendered. If the deposit payment is not received, your appointment request will be canceled. Once the deposit payment has been received, your appointment will be added to Dave's appointment calendar. Approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive an appointment confirmation email. It is imperative that you click the link in the email to confirm your appointment or contact Dave as soon as possible to reschedule, otherwise your appointment will be automatically canceled, thereby losing your deposit. If you cancel your appointment after that 48 hour confirmation, you will also lose your deposit, unless reasonable arrangements have been made with Dave. Please note that the second time you schedule an appointment, you will not be asked to pay an appointment deposit as you will then be considered an established customer.
